This research was conducted at a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Cikarang, West Java using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The author distributed an online questionnaire to every worker with permanent employee status with a minimum work period of 1 (one) year to 107 workers. The data analysis method uses the PROCESS Hayes macro bootstrapping method in SPSS. The research results show that perceived supervisor support does not have a significant effect on turnover intention, but work life balance and work engagement fully mediate the influence of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention</em></p> 2024-01-11T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Ms. Lian Nie, Mr. Saebani, Ms. Purba, Endang Sulistyaningsih https://mx2.atmajaya.ac.id/index.php/JM/article/view/4990 PENGARUH STAKEHOLDER PRESSURE DAN SHAREHOLDING STRUCTURE TERHADAP SUSTAINABILITY REPORT QUALITY 2023-12-07T16:44:25+07:00 Muhammad Dzaky Darmawan ddzakyddarma1@gmail.com Wiwi Idawati wiwi.idawati@ibs.ac.id <p><em>This research was conducted to examine and empirically determine the effect of stakeholder pressure as proxied by environmental-sensitive industry, consumer-proximity industry, investor-oriented industry, employee-oriented industry and creditor pressure, and shareholding structure as proxied by managerial shareholding and institusional shareholding on sustainability report quality.
