Abstract

Doing business in the food & beverage sector, especially coffee and non-coffee since April 16, 2021. Become one of the branches of the "Kopi Suarahati" cafe as a place for coffee, hangouts and create jobs. The increasing trend of coffee and visiting cafes creates a good impact for the "Coffee Suarahati Grand Galaxy City, Bekasi" business. With the mission of (1) improving the quality of coffee, service and food taste, (2) maintaining cleanliness-following the health protocols set by the government, (3) selling coffee and snacks at affordable prices, and (4) educating workers and customers about the use of e-payments and e-wallet. The main target is people of all ages and occupations who are willing to pay for coffee, get together, or work. Sales will be carried out offline through outlets and online through Grab, Gojek, and Shopee application while promotions will be carried out through social media such as Instagram and TikTok. Prices are determined by the franchise except for food by the franchisee which is adjusted to the price of similar products. The capital issued is around 325 million rupiah excluding rent, it is believed that the payback will be less than 2 years.
