The system works by utilizing ultrasonic sensors to detect distance. The detected distance affects the rotational speed of the DC motor which is controlled by the Arduino UNO microcontroller. Fuzzy logic is applied to the Arduino UNO microcontroller in which distance as the input, and the rotational speed of the DC motor in the form of Pulse Width Modulation as the output. There are several classifications of distance: very close, close, normal, far and very far. In addition, there are several classifications in the motor rotational speed response: slow, very slow, medium, fast, and very fast. The design of the fuzzy logic system is carried out in the Arduino IDE application and MATLAB using the Mamdani method at the inference stage. Fuzzy logic system is run on the Arduino UNO microcontroller in which the simulation is carried outthrough Proteus application. The test results show that the largest percentage of errors/discrepancies between the Proteus system design and the MATLAB is 1.55%. The focus of the Indonesian government is to improve the condition of the tourism industry, which has experienced a decline in the number of tourists due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A supply chain tourism industry framework was developed through the Support System Facilities (SSF) variable to map the actors in the tourism industry activities in an uncertain environment due to COVID-19. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The results of this study are the tourism industry supply chain conceptual framework which states that there are several stages in distributing services and support systems and facilities to tourists, namely through suppliers, tour operators, tour agencies, and tourists. Istiqomah Furniture is a company engaged in manufacturing furniture located in Klaten, Central Java. The problems that are often faced by CV. Istiqomah Furniture, namely the decrease in worker productivity and the number of final products that are not following company standards. One of the departments responsible for these problems is the service department. The high intensity of work in the service department can cause a mental burden for workers. The purpose of this study is to calculate the mental workload felt by<br />workers, find out the dominant factors that cause this mental burden, and provide alternative improvements based on the problems faced by the company. The method used in this research is NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index). The results of this study are that the average worker has a high mental workload with a WWL value of 72.11, and the most<br />influential factors are physical and mental needs. The Banyuwangi Festival, orchestrated annually by the Banyuwangi Regency Government through the Department of Culture and Tourism, stands as a flagship program contributing significantly to the upswing in tourist visits. Despite its prominence, the planning process for the Banyuwangi Festival involves multiple stakeholders, necessitating seamless coordination for comprehensive preparation. Unfortunately, the current reliance on spreadsheet tools diminishes the effectiveness of this process. Consequently, there is a pressing need for an advanced system to proficiently oversee the intricate planning of Banyuwangi Festival events. This research undertakes the ambitious task of conceptualizing and designing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) <br />system to address these challenges. Leveraging Odoo ERP, with the event module serving as the primary component and the website module as an additional feature, the study adopts the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method is chosen to align with the specific requirements of the Banyuwangi Regency Culture and Tourism Department, which serves as the central coordinator for the Banyuwangi Festival. The outcome of this research is a sophisticated ERP system meticulously crafted to streamline three crucial processes: the submission of event proposals by the public or external entities, the event registration process, and the scheduling of meetings. Adi Sarana Logistik (PT ASL) is a company engaged in the warehouse and logistics sector, which delivers many packages daily. Previously, manual scheduling took a long time, and there were violations of working hours regulations. The research was conducted at the outbound division, in picker and dispatcher units for leaders and operational staff, where the number of operational staff varies each month, so there are four schedules were produced where this study aims to minimize overtime hours for each level of staffs and units by Goal Programming and Binary Integer Programming which are completed with LINGO 18.0. The results of this study have been implemented in the company, where the schedule only takes a few seconds, while previously, it took 1-2 days. X is a garment industry company that produces clothing products. PT. X has not implemented a maintenance or machine maintenance system. Currently, the company only performs machine maintenance when they are damaged. This causes losses for the company because it can disrupt the smooth running of the production process, such as sudden engine damage, which can cause high machine downtime. Therefore, maintenance of machines is needed in the form of a schedule for replacing and checking cutting machine components with a Preventive maintenance approach to support the production process at the company. In addition to generating replacement schedules and inspecting engine components, Implementing the proposed Preventive maintenance takes the scheduling for maintenance and cleaning of cutting machines. After the replacement schedule and inspection of engine components are generated, it will affect the inventory of engine components. The inventory system proposed is the inventory system model P. Model P is chosen because it is in accordance with the condition of the company and meets the requirements of the model P inventory system. This event has attracted the attention of tourists from home and <br />abroad, as well as made a significant contribution in improving the economic, <br />tourism and human resources sectors in Banyuwangi. However, the <br />management of Banyuwangi Festival has not used an effective integrated <br />information system. The current ineffectiveness of business partner <br />management is because the follow-up of cooperation is carried out manually at <br />coordination meetings. The purpose of this study is to design an information <br />system that can support effective business partner management, at the <br />Banyuwangi Festival. Odoo's open-source ERP application is used to support <br />the management of business partners on the CRM module. The design of the <br />ERP concept using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method aims to <br />design system needs that can pay attention to user needs. XYZ produces motor spare parts from various types of metal, spare parts that are often ordered by customers include bostep, underbone, flange and many more variations of motor spare part products that are produced. The data shows the effectiveness of the production of CV. XYZ in 2021 which is on average 100%, this proves that the achievement of production against the production plan cannot be achieved 100%. So there is often an imbalance in the production line. The purpose of this study was to determine the highest efficiency, lowest balance delay and optimal number of workstations from the production line resulting from the two methods, namely Ranged Position Wight (RPW) and Largest Candidate Rule. The type of research used in this research is comparative research. By comparing the percentage of efficiency, balance delay and number of workstations from the two methods, namely Ranged Position Wight (RPW) and Largest Candidate Rule. The data shows that the largest candidate rule method has an efficiency percentage of 107% for bostep, 85% for underbone and 94% for flange respectively. Then the smallest resulting balance delay is also generated from the production line design using the largest candidate rule method with 0.6 minutes each for bostep, 2.4 minutes for underbone and 4.3 minutes for flange.
