Online training on making soybean tempeh is one solution to continue carrying out skill-building activities. Soybean tempeh is an Indonesian fermented food made from soybeans. Tempe is one cheap and readily available protein source in Indonesia. In addition, the consumption of tempeh can provide health benefits, such as increasing the immune system. This community service aims to provide online education about tempeh, the benefits of consuming tempeh, and training on its production to women who are members of DWP LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. The community service was carried out by sending them a kit containing ingredients to make soybean tempeh, providing instructions for tempeh processing and discussion facilities in a WhatsApp Group, providing online training synchronously with Zoom, and monitoring and evaluating the tempeh produced. From the implementation of the community service, participants have successfully made tempeh that is healthy, hygienic, and of good taste. To conclude, this community service has been successfully implemented and provides benefits for the participants.
Rianita Pramitasari Tati Barus Rory Anthony Hutagalung Cynthia Angela ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 96 106 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.2919 Building up Teacher’s Awareness about Burnout to Support Mental Health
Teacher’s job requirements are not only in teaching but also in social interaction and administrative tasks and various knowledge and other supporting skills. High job demands and the dynamic experiences that teachers need to accomplish everyday could make them prone to burnout. Teachers under the organization of Majelis Pendidikan Indonesia (MPK) had unique characteristics and challenges that made them prone to burnout. This psychoeducation was needed to achieve the aim of building knowledge about burnout and all other aspects related to burnout. It was hoped that this knowledge could help teachers prevent the occurrence of burnout. With methods of presentations and online interactive discussion, the presenter discussed some of the things that can be done at an organizational level and individually. The comparison of the pre-test and post-test score showed an increase of understanding (the average of pretest score is 72.24 and posttest score is 77.67 of 100) of the materials around burnout and its aspects. Participants also gave positive feedback on an evaluation survey with 94% of the participants felt that they gained new knowledge and felt satisfied with the whole psychoeducation activities. For following up, it was suggested to include a method of small group discussion and included a practical manual about techniques for overcoming burnout for teachers. Furthermore, the systemic intervention urge to be done to develop burnout intervention service flow becomes more comprehensive.
Lita Patricia Lunanta Reneta Kristiani Gracia Samuela Kiswanto Renata Raissa Sondakh ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 107 118 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.3251 Improving Nurse' Knowledge about Elder Abuse
The incidence of violence in the elderly is suspected to have a very detrimental effect and can reduce the quality of life of the elderly. Several interventions, such as increasing public awareness and health workers, screening the risk of violence, and strengthening the elderly group to be able to report incidents of violence are known to have a positive effect on reducing cases of violence in the elderly. The activity was carried out in the form of increasing knowledge about violence in the elderly virtually for 464 participants consisting of nursing students and professional nurses from 23 provinces. The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis showed a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05) which indicated a positive benefit in increasing nurses' knowledge about violence in the elderly. Health workers, especially nurses, are still one of the parties trusted by the elderly group to get rid of all the pain and treatment they experience. The implementation of knowledge improvement programs is known to have a positive effect on nurses' knowledge, some limitations that may be considered by researchers or health workers in designing further activities include: the need for full support from policy makers in implementing the program, the need for a program that is sustainable and not only carried out once in a while, and the need for an active role from health workers to participate in finding out about violence in the elderly through several other ways.

Anung Ahadi Pradana Rohayati Rohayati Casman Casman ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 119 127 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.3192 Enrichment of Anti Hoax Competency among Secondary School Students

Hoax and misinformation are common occurrences in the current era of social media. Nurturing critical thinking is necessary to combat the proliferation of hoaxes, especially in the younger generation. In this activity, we conducted a workshop for high school students and teachers to build awareness of hoaxes and how to identify them. This in-person workshop was held at Canisius College High School in a three-hour session. After taking part in the workshop, participants were expected to be able to explain the definition of a hoax, explain why hoaxes exist and are spread out among the community, and analyze the credibility of new information. For this purpose, the workshop consisted of three sessions. In the first session, the facilitators walked all participants through a lively discussion on what hoaxes are and how they get passed on from one person to another. In the second session, we introduced the concept of credibility to the participants. In the final session, the participants practiced evaluating the credibility of news. All sessions were delivered as paired or group discussions using authentic articles or postings from various social media platforms. The evaluation survey at the end of the activity showed that the participants agreed that the topic covered by this workshop was necessary and useful; however, they felt that the event was too short. This opportunity provided insights into how to improve similar hoax awareness-raising programs in the future.

Watumesa Agustina Tan Theodorus Eko Pramudito ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 128 138 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.2555 Workshop on Leadership and Negotiation Techniques as an Effort to Improve the Human Resource of PT Shimano Batam's Labor Union
Workers who wish to unionize in our country are protected by Law Number 21 of 2001 concerning trade unions/ labor unions. Labor unions certainly have many problems, both internal to the organization and external to the organization. The issue at PT Shimano Batam is that an agreement has not been reached between the union and the employer regarding the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB). The management of the LEM SPSI PT Shimano Batam Work Unit (PUK) carried out a workshop that aims to increase the resources of the Management and Field Coordinator of the LEM SPSI PT Shimano Batam Work Unit Management (PUK). It was expected that they would be able to properly manage the organization and solve all internal and external problems. In addition, it was also hoped that the management and field coordinators of the Work Unit Management (PUK) of LEM SPSI PT Shimano Batam would understand the material about leadership and negotiating techniques well and pass on this knowledge to other members of the labor union. The community service activities start from preparation, then implementation of training, and finally, evaluation. The method used was lecture and discussion. Some of the major health problems among many Indonesian children are poor nutrition, diarrhea, and upper respiratory tract infections, in addition to other common problems like dental caries, obesity, and ear wax. To ensure that these health problems do not persist, it is necessary to carry out early health screening to detect the children's health conditions. This screening was carried out as part of a program by the Public Health Center, namely the School Health Unit, in the form of a complete physical health examination for students from grade 1 to grade 6 at four primary schools in Penjaringan District. The health examination consists of examinations of anthropometry, eyes, skin and hair, ears, teeth and mouth, and urine. The total number of students examined was 1417 students, with 96% of them attending all examinations and as many as 26% being referred to other health facilities. With this screening, it is hoped that the students and teachers can monitor their health conditions, and in case of any health issues, they can be treated immediately. As a follow-up of this activity, the school and the Public Health Center have agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding to establish a good partnership, giving the Public Health Center an opportunity to encourage the teachers or students to care more about their health.
Felicia Kurniawan Yunisa Astiarani Bryany Titi Santi Kevin Kristian Regina Satya Nur Fitriah ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 148 157 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.2922 Increasing the Digital Literacy among Tourism Awareness Groups for Sustainable Tourism Village Development
Given the effects of digital transformation on the tourism industry, the trends and paradigms in tourism have changed considerably, necessitating some creativity in the management of tourist villages as tourist destinations. The knowledge about the digitalization of tourism can in fact, help promote popular travelling sites, with both patrons and business owners benefitting from better systems of communication, reservation, and guest service. However, the institutional operations and management of the tourism awareness group (pokdarwis) in the community have yet to be optimally effective due to some institutional and managerial issues. Some 21st-century digital skills are identified to be helpful for this pokdarwis in its management of tourist villages, namely technical knowledge, information, communication, collaboration, creativity, and implementation of the Electronic Information and Transaction (ITE) Law. To support this effort, this community service activity (PKM) was carried out for 27 participants, who were all pokdarwis administrators, from May to October 2022, using a CBT approach. The results of the PKM activity indicate an increasing understanding that the ITE Law can provide a broad legal framework for online activities. There is also increasing awareness of social media as a communication medium that can facilitate online communication, exchange, and information access for the public, regardless of time or location. Of many social media platforms, YouTube and Instagram have become the options for publishing tourism information in Surau Village. It is nonetheless agreed that social media should be used with caution to avoid accusations of spreading false information and to ensure an effective implementation of the promotion activities. Considering this, mentoring in the use of social media in the marketing efforts will still be provided in the form of consultation, learning, and counseling.
Nurhayati Darubekti Sri Handayani Hanum Patricia Ekowati Suryaningsih Deli Waryenti ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 158 168 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.3552 Training on Making Learning Videos through Bandicam and Droidcam Applications for Teachers Elementary Schools
This community service program was initiated in response to the issue of teachers’ lack of skills in conducting online learning using online media. The program was held at SDN 1 Gerdu Pecangaan Jepara, involving eight teachers as participants. Through demonstrations and direct training for each participant, this activity was aimed to improve the teachers’ creativity in teaching with Bandicam and Droidcam applications. It is expected that the teachers can make use of both applications effectively, utilizing laptops or computers and smartphones to further support their students’ learning. The program outcomes showed that the assistance provided in the video productions using the Bandicam application could enhance the quality of the learning process at SDN 1 Gerdu. The teachers’ understanding of the learning applications was observed to improve, with the results of the post-test showing that 75% of the teachers were able to make learning videos using Bandicam and Droidcam applications well. The program has benefitted the teachers in that they can now make learning videos using Bandicam and Droidcam applications to improve their lessons for various materials, which will eventually help their students learn more effectively.
Aan Widiyono Muhimmatun Nofiyanti Harisatul Minnah Lailatuz Zahro Lathifatul Inayah Muhammad Ulil Absor ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 169 179 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.3252 Online Training on How to Produce Hygienic Tempeh during the Covid-19 Pandemic
One of the Indonesian government's strategies to control the spread of the Covid-19 virus is to restrict people’s mobility when going out, which is often called the Implementation of Restrictions on Social Activities (PPKM). As a consequence of this PPKM, access to sufficient food tends to be rather limited. One effort to help people meet their food needs was through online tempeh-making training. This training, conducted online using Zoom and WhatsApp groups, involved community members who were connected through several health-related WhatsApp groups. The participants were all Indonesian from various areas, including the Greater Jakarta area, Ambon, Makassar, Medan, Padang, and even the US. Most of them were over 40 years old and were either employees or college graduates. Considering the significance of tempeh as a food item in Indonesia and a relatively affordable source of protein, the training became relevant in helping the participants to produce their own tempeh at home amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. After the training, all participants were found to be able to make tempeh with good quality and hygiene, with several participants even exhibiting creativity in processing their tempeh into more advanced tempeh products, such as tempeh noodles, tempeh pudding, and tempeh steak. In addition, their positive perception of tempeh as a healthy food item increased after attending the training.
Tati Barus Rory Anthony Hutagalung Rianita Pramitasari Vivitri Dewi Alfonsus Samuel Satya Pradipta ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 180 188 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.2976 The Branding of Kampung Adat Rimbo Tarok Gunung Sariak Village as a Cultural Tourism Attraction
Branding is the process of building a brand to form an image or brand image. One of the thematic villages is Kampung Adat Rimbo Tarok, Gunung Sariak. This village has the potential to develop as an area that can become a thematic village in Padang City. Kampung Adat Rimbo Tarok exhibits unique characteristics, which include traditional house buildings and traditional cultural arts activities. The area of Kampung Adat Rimbo Tarok has not been significantly branded as no promotional media and information are found, and the area has not been properly managed. As a result, not many people know about the existence of this thematic village. These problems inspired the authors to conduct community service activities in this village. The community service aims to brand the village as a thematic village, a program of the local government of Padang City. The local government turns the village into a cultural tourism area. Departing from the facts described, the author intended to brand the area, starting from forming the regional brand or logo to other supporting branding media, such as an information board and other relevant media for branding design. The design stages use the 4D (four D), which is used in designing a design idea and follows stages from defining to dissemination. The expected result of these community service activities is to achieve a cultural tourism identity attached to the community, ranging from the visual identity, corporate media, and sign systems that partners or the local government can implement in local villages.
Vernanda Em Afdhal Stevany Stevany Tedy Wiraseptya ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-11-17 2022-11-17 6 2 189 198 10.25170/mitra.v6i2.3591
